The reset button, enables users restart the contest from scratch. This can only be done once for a contest. The option is only available as long as the user has not reached a particular stage.

Updates on Imago

Hello!
We hope you’re doing great.

Here are some updates on Imago:

1. Conversion Module
We sincerely apologize for the delay in fixing the conversion module as scheduled. The issue has now been resolved and the module is fully restored.

2. Mobile App Update
Unfortunately, our mobile app was rejected by the Play Store. This means we will continue using the web platform for now. According to their feedback, approval will only be granted if the airtime reward as an incentive is removed from the application.

3. Schedule Maintenance
Routine maintenance will be carried out on the Imago web application on the 28th, 29th, and 30th of this month. During this period:
-Some earning modules will be removed or updated.
-Contest units will see a significant increase.

As regards conversion, the network may be down for a while. Once you realise a failure in the conversion, you can try again a day or two after.

my co players please i did not wish to offend anyone but please beware of your reactions and choose your words wisely so that you did not get blocked from accessing the platform,as its one of the rules not to use any harsh words to comment.
This platform helps us learn and earn by using a little bit of data,we are not giving anything in return,so please be grateful and patient.
also this platsform is for secondary school students,but manage to give us a chance to earn and learn lets be grateful.
also the admins might be busy thats why there is no reply do not jump into conclusion.

1. To keep things lively, we now require users to be active daily if you want to participate in the earning modules.
2. Good news! Referral earnings have doubledβ€”from 5 units to 10 units for every registered user you bring in.
3. Duplicate accounts that don’t reach out to us via email within 7 days will be removed.

The platform serves ads to help in maintenance and others. We have put a mechanism to help prevent users from using ad blockers. This will reset at the end of each month.

We do not serve ads when taking activities on the platform, and we try to make sure that the ads are limited.

Using ad blocker will automatically prevent you from earning in the contest and treasure hunt. That's a decision we have come up with. We await your feedback and recommendation.

Kindly send an email if you can't access the earning modules at all.

Unfair Flagging of My account

I'm here to lay a Complain to IMago and every member of this platform, I logged in to my account only to find out that I can't join the General contest due to my account was flagged for multiple accounts which is not true, I only have this account, I don't have multiple account except the one of Play Up from where I started which I thought that by now IMago would have deactivated those accounts on Play Up. Please kindly look into this issue to avoid punishing those that are not guilty. I no get multiple accounts ooo I repeat

Suggestions - Multiple Accounts on Imago

Some accounts have been flagged and blocked from earning due to the detection of multiple accounts on the platform.

Operating multiple accounts is considered unfair to other users and detrimental to the platform’s progress. As a result, both the associated accounts and the primary account will be penalized.

If your account has been flagged, this issue cannot be resolved automatically. Kindly send us an email if you believe this was done in error and for possible resolution.

We also value your suggestions and feedback. What strategies do you suggest to help us prevent users from operating multiple accounts on the platform?
