“Antony!” Arabella called in excitement as she goes to hug him
“Whoa! I never knew traveling can bring hugs like this” Antony say as he smiled and enjoy the hug
Arabella breaks the hug
“Big bro, do you expect me not to miss you? I have not seen you for a year” Arabella said
“You don’t visit that’s why, my house is just few miles away from here” Antony said
Antony exchange greetings with everyone before he sat close to Zoe and his father.
“How was the journey?” Mr. Wilfred asked
“It was fine, the meeting was successful” Antony reply
Antony look at Zoe who is whispering to Charvi.
“Okay, the family meeting will begin now” Mr. Wilfred announced
Zoe breath in relieve as she and Charvi stand up. Antony draws Zoe’s chair back so she can exit probably (he was sitting during this process).
“Thank you” Zoe told him quietly
He smiled at her.
“Zoe and I will be in the bedroom” Charvi said.
“Okay” Mrs. Wilfred replied and the two girls exit.
“What do you mean by ‘am getting married?' ”Arabella asked surprise
“You have one month to stay with him and get to know each other before getting married and also the marriage date have not been picked” Mr. Wilfred explain
“And is next month” Her mom said sadly
“Next month?! One month?!” She asked in surprise tone
“Next month is just next tomorrow” She said in total disbelief
“Dad why?” She asked
“His family’s company is the richest, biggest and he is the first child. So I am doing you a favor by giving you out to the wealthiest man” Mr. Wilfred replied
“Can I see a picture of him?” Arabella gathered courage and asked
“No pic. The family hardly get photographed because of their strong security” Mr. Wilfred explained
“Am marrying a stranger” she stated flatly
“He is coming next month to pick you, he lives in Chicago and you also live there” Anthony informed her with a smile
“Bro talk to dad, please” she pleased
“Sorry, I already tried” he replied
“Mom?”
“He won’t listen” Mrs. Wilfred replied crying too as she hugs and comfort her Arabella
