When Cynthia came back, Luke was in the sitting room arranging things.
Luke: now you are back go into the kitchen and prepare something for us to eat
Cynthia: as what?
Luke: what do you mean
Cynthia: see let me tell you, I'm not your maid. Go and employ someone to be doing all this things
Luke: don't you know that as a wife, it's your responsibility to take care of everything in the house
Cynthia: let me just tell you the truth, I don't know how to cook
Luke: what!!! How could you not know how to cook. What of noodles? Can you cook it
Cynthia: I don't know how to cook any food even noodles I can't cook
Luke: this is so unbelievable
Cynthia: and one more thing
Luke: which is?
Cynthia: I can't sweep, infact I can't do any domestic chores
Luke: Jesus!!!! Cynthia!
Cynthia: why are you shouting? Better shut up and look for a way to employ a maid for me
Luke: can't you talk politely for once?
Cynthia: see his mouth, just don't disturb me. Look for a way to get a maid for me as soon as possible
Luke: is that an order?
Cynthia: it's whatever you call it, me I'm going to the room to have more sleep. I'm feeling tired (left to the room)

Mrs ebube: maid kwa? I hope you are not the one looking for a maid
Luke: mom to be sincere, I'm the one who needs a maid
Mrs ebube: why will you need a maid when you are now married
Luke: I just need someone that will be helping my wife. You know my house is so big, she can't do everything all by herself. I don't want her to be stressed
Mrs ebube: okay ooh, I will try and look for someone who will be interested in the work

Adaora: mama is that your son?
Mrs ebube: yes, he said his looking for a maid
Adaora: wow, I would really love to go to the city and do the job
Mrs ebube: really?
Adaora: yes, I can work as his maid
