Good morning. We’ve made a few updates on the Imago platform:

1. To keep things lively, we now require users to be active daily if you want to participate in the earning modules.
2. Good news! Referral earnings have doubled—from 5 units to 10 units for every registered user you bring in.
3. Duplicate accounts that don’t reach out to us via email within 7 days will be removed.

Make sure to check out our play rules! Please don’t create multiple accounts or use ad blockers so you can enjoy everything the platform has to offer.

You will see an indicator (counter) at the right corner of your screen when you load a quiz, app or game of your choice. If you do not see that counter, it means you are using ad blocker or your browser is blocking some cookies.

The platform serves ads to help in maintenance and others. We have put a mechanism to help prevent users from using ad blockers. This will reset at the end of each month.

We do not serve ads when taking activities on the platform, and we try to make sure that the ads are limited.

Using ad blocker will automatically prevent you from earning in the contest and treasure hunt. That's a decision we have come up with. We await your feedback and recommendation.

also a have once suggested watching an ad to give you access to certain earning module e.g treasure hunt,just watch an ad at the end you will recieve your reward you can try looking into it,as there are very few earning modules now.

Unfair Flagging of My account

I'm here to lay a Complain to IMago and every member of this platform, I logged in to my account only to find out that I can't join the General contest due to my account was flagged for multiple accounts which is not true, I only have this account, I don't have multiple account except the one of Play Up from where I started which I thought that by now IMago would have deactivated those accounts on Play Up. Please kindly look into this issue to avoid punishing those that are not guilty. I no get multiple accounts ooo I repeat

Some accounts have been flagged and blocked from earning due to the detection of multiple accounts on the platform.

Operating multiple accounts is considered unfair to other users and detrimental to the platform’s progress. As a result, both the associated accounts and the primary account will be penalized.

If your account has been flagged, this issue cannot be resolved automatically. Kindly send us an email if you believe this was done in error and for possible resolution.

TOP 10 MONTHLY REWARDS:
Next week, we will announce the top 10 users with the highest ratings based on their activity on the platform.

To qualify:
1. The user must not use ad blockers on the platform.
2. The user must not have duplicate accounts.
3. The user must have at least 10 friends on the platform.
4. The user must be an active participant (in posts, comments, forums, etc.).

I made an airtime conversion of 200 and it said it was SUCCESSFUL but I received nothing. I did the conversion this morning and received nothing but 200 units were deducted from my dashboard earnings 😔. Please imago , look into this 🙏.

Premium modules removed

We have made some changes and removed the premium modules due to abuse. A few users create irrelevant posts to be qualified.

This means that you can now participate in all the modules without making contributions in the forum or posts.

Rewards and gifts will now be given to users with defined contents and good prospect for growth of the Imago platform. Making a post is not required to earn on the platform, but this helps to build the platform. Make yours count for sustainability of this creation.
